OverviewExperimental
Get oriented on the portfolio — size, health, and cost structure at a glance
Portfolio at a glance
Circle size = latest-period revenue (area-proportional — a circle twice the size represents roughly 4x the revenue, not 2x). Color = NOI margin health.
Healthy margin (25%+)
Thin margin (10-25%)
Weak margin (<10%)
What each business actually is
Plain-English orientation, generated once from each entity's full report history — not from a single period.
Cost structure — normalized as % of revenue
Latest period per property, with the change vs. ~3 years ago per category. This is the comparison that actually surfaces outliers (e.g. Bay Bayou's and Park City's management fees) — raw dollar totals can't be compared across differently-sized properties, percentages can.
Leverage & growth
Debt-to-assets and cash coverage show who's over-leveraged with a thin cushion; year-over-year growth shows trajectory, not just current size. Active Flags is a read-only count from the Insights digest (Insights owns that data — this page just displays it).
